THE RACCOON HATH SPOKEN! – In case you missed it. Houghs Neck’s most famous raccoon has delivered his annual weather prediction. After a brief hesitation on the Public Landing’s railing, Rocky Raccoon scaled “light” then plunged to the icy waters below. This of course, means 6 more weeks of winter.
